Chad Finch

Chad grew up in Gulf Shores, Al from the age of 2. As a child he was involved in many theatre productions including “Bye Bye Birdie”, “9 to 5” and “Legally Blonde: the musical”. During his highschool years he competed in Drama Competitions, qualifying into State wide competition with “Superior” on most performances. Through theatre, Chad found his love and passion for dance. Beginning as a self taught dancer, Chad graduated High School and attended The University of Alabama where he majored in Dance. While attending he performed in over 30 dance shows and 2 choreography festivals in Birmingham, Al. Each semester of school he was chosen to be in one Student Choreographed show-where he performed two solos done by himself, and one Faculty choreographed show. In Chad’s first year of college he was chosen to bypass auditions for the Dance Program and was awarded the second best Dance Scholarship offered. Chad has performed at the Young Choreographers Festival in New York City, and was awarded a scholarship for Gus Giordano. In his Senior year of college Chad was chosen to join a Performance Troupe set up by the Director of the Dance Department where he and others attended and performed at many small town schools throughout Alabama. Chad has since graduated with a degree in Dance and Fine art, and has moved back home where he has continued auditioning, choreographing, and dancing.
